The Go Jetters are in snowy Norway to learn about the reindeer that are cared for by the local Sami people. In the spring, the reindeer go on a very long journey called migration, and as part of this journey they catch a ferry to take them to their warmer summer home. Grandmaster Glitch and the Grimbots are also in Norway, but their Grimbler scares the migrating reindeer, and some of them run away from the herd. The Go Jetters need to keep them calm and get them back to the herd so they can finish their migration.

Stripey is playing dress up and accidentally ends up looking just like Timmy - with a white woolly waistcoat and floppy black socks on his ears. Timmy is delighted to have a twin, Stripey is too. Timmy makes Stripey a lamb's tail to wiggle and a twin teddy to complete the look! Although he looks like Timmy, Stripey isn't much good at being a Timmy twin: he can't baaaa, his tail wiggling leaves a lot to be desired, and he's terrible at football. During a game, Timmy gets impatient when Stripey keeps missing the ball, so he passes it to his other friends instead. Stripey feels left out and trundles off sadly, taking off his costume bit by bit as he goes. Timmy realises his friend is upset and has an idea: he dresses up as Stripey, much to the badger's delight, and makes Stripey noises with a horn.

Timmy's imagination is sparked when he reads a superhero comic. Meet (baa-baa-ba-ba-ba-baaaaaaaaaaa) Super Timmy! Timmy is desperate to save the day, but his efforts aren't always appreciated. He 'saves' Mittens's dolly from the seesaw, but Mittens was just playing; he 'helps' Otus with the gardening but accidentally soaks him with a hose pipe in the process; and he heroically tries to stop Yabba from getting muddy - when that's exactly what Yabba wanted to do. Finally, Super Timmy gets the chance to save the day when his little pal Bumpy is nearly splattered by paint. Hooray for Super Timmy.

In this episode, we follow Sophia as she celebrates the Jewish festival of Hanukkah with her family. Sophia begins by making candles with her mum. They burn these candles later on while celebrating Hanukkah. As part of the celebrations, the family plan on hosting a party with the rest of their family. Dad and Sofia go to a Jewish shop, where they buy lots of traditional food and ingredients for the party. When Sophia returns home she helps her mum make authentic potato latkes, before heading to the synagogue for a big party where they light a Hanukkiah. After the synagogue, it's party time! Sophia greets all of her family members as they arrive, and they all finish by exchanging gifts with one another and enjoying the rest of the celebrations.

Ted has big plans for his sister Sofia’s birthday. He organises a family tea party and begins by making delicious cupcakes. He also plans a scavenger hunt in the garden as a surprise. But will Sofia find all the hidden presents? Later, Ted’s cousins arrive to join in the fun and the family guinea pigs don’t miss out on the partying either.

Hannah's family is from South Korea, and she will be making a Korean salmon marinade, which is a popular recipe used there. She starts by adding garlic puree, Korean chilli paste, soy sauce, honey, toasted sesame oil and her special ingredient, sesame seeds, into a jug and mixing them all up. Next, Hannah puts pieces of her salmon onto individual baking sheets and spoons the marinade on. She garnishes them with freshly chopped spring onions, and then her salmon is ready to be cooked in the oven. Hannah wears a colourful Korean outfit and treats her friends to some local Korean kimchi, but will her pals be able to guess her special ingredient.

Benjamin and his brothers want to find out about teeny tiny creatures that crawl – caterpillars. Chantelle meets Ezzie to find out how caterpillars grow and change into cocoons and chrysalis. Meanwhile, Rory and his son Sandy are in the garden looking on leaves and bushes for caterpillars. Chantelle and Rory’s fact files explain how big caterpillars get, whether they make a noise and how they move. It’s also time to find out how caterpillars help the eco-system as providers. They try to make it SPRINT, but it runs amok. It won’t SPRING home, either. They make Alphablock P STRONG so that she can carry the elephant all the way home on her own.

Alphablock M wants to help a little bug catch up with its family as they march through a wood. To try to slow the leaders down, the Alphablocks make a BUMP, TILT a branch and persuade them to REST in beds. The little bug nearly catches up, but then jumps into bed too. The Alphablocks use the WIND to blow it after the others. By now, the family is floating across a stream on leaves. Luckily, a bulrush can BEND to make a bridge for the little bug to cross and arrive before the others.

Cow thinks that Go and Stop have planned a birthday party for her. They are too polite to tell her that this is not the case! How can Go and Stop give Cow a party to remember when there is so little time to organise it.

The band are supposed to be performing at the bandstand tonight, but they have fallen ill. Luckily, the Three Bears are happy to step in for them. There’s just one problem... they don’t know how to play the instruments! Which of the drum, double bass and the trumpet do they strum, blow and bash? Go and Stop realise that they need the aid of the Do Blocks to solve this problem.

For the pumpkin filling, he pours melted butter and buttermilk into a bowl of brown sugar, along with whisked egg, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and cloves. Febo adds his special ingredient, pumpkin puree, and then mixes them all together. When it is mixed, he spoons it into the empty pastry case and puts it in the oven to cook. Febo's friends all help to decorate his American-themed table before they taste his pumpkin pie.

Evil Pea arrives with the Cobs, who are rowing in great sync. Evil Pea says they’re going to beat Supertato in the race, and they row away leaving Supertato’s boat behind. Timmy and the class are thrilled to bits that today's nursery activity is building and flying your very own kite. The friends are divided into pairs, and Timmy is paired up with Otus, who painstakingly builds the kite with Timmy's 'help'. Timmy's excitement and impatience to fly the kite causes chaos, damaging the kite at every stage - until finally it lands on his head and rips. Timmy is mortified and makes up for wrecking Otus's hard work by patiently building another Kite and giving Otus an extra special surprise.

Harriet is doing odd jobs round the nursery, and Timmy is eager to help out. He finds a yellow beret (the closest thing he can find to Harriet's yellow hard helmet) and a toy tool belt and begins his round of odd jobs. Unfortunately, his attempts at mending his friends' toys result in disaster: a wheel falls off Mittens's hobby horse, Ruffy's robot breaks, and his remote control car just grinds to a halt. Finally, Harriet takes matters into her expert hands and together with Timmy, they make amends. Timmy learns how to mend things the right way with the right tools, and Harriet rewards him with a proper yellow hard hat of his own.

George and Freddie plan a woodland adventure. They create a list of all the things they’d like to see and find and pack some snacks for their intrepid journey. On their adventure with Mum and Dad, they discover colourful leaves, trees to climb, and bugs under rocks. But will they escape the treacherous troll hiding under the bridge? Back at home, there’s time for a warming cup of hot chocolate before settling down to bed.

George and Freddie love having fun! After a hearty breakfast, they fill their day with family 'eggsperiments', art, and even set up an obstacle course for Mum and Dad to complete. It looks easy at first… until they learn they have to do it blindfolded.

At lunchtime, Solomon is finding the lid on his yogurt a bit tricky, so Sam helps him to open it! Outside, the children are tidying up the playground. Felicity sees that there is a queue for the climbing frame, so decides to let Bryn have a turn – how kind. Whilst climbing, Isla notices Bryn is struggling, so she helps him out with some top tips. At the end of the day, Mrs Farrell and Miss Gerrard give out certificates to those children who have been extra kind throughout the day.

When Kwazii discovers a blue whale with an injured tail, the Octonauts attempt to use a giant net and Octofloats to keep it from sinking. But when the supporting net breaks, the Octonauts have to launch an emergency free-fall rescue.

Xuli calls Kyan to find out what's going on, and Kyan explains that Glitch's car park is causing the smog to build. Dougie is from Essex, a county in the south east of England, and he is making a Christmas yule log, a festive classic known for being rolled up and having lavish decorations. Dougie starts by separating eggs. Caster sugar and cocoa powder is added and mixed into the egg yolks, then the egg whites are whisked until they are light and fluffy. They are added to the chocolate mixture. Once baked, whipped cream is spread over the cake and his special ingredient, red currants, are sprinkled over. The cake is then rolled and decorated. Dougie has a Christmas gift for all his friends, but will they like the taste of the redcurrants inside his yule log.

The Octonauts follow a trail of deep-sea debris to its source: a derelict ship floating unmanned on the surface. But the ship seems to be haunted by ghostly voices, which a quick dip below the water line reveals to be hundreds of barnacles stuck to the ship. As the ship drifts into waters too cold for the barnacles, the Octonauts must find a way to tow it to warmer waters before it sinks or falls apart.

Small finds a strange looking object in space. He gives it to Mother as a present for her garden – an ornament. But this is more than an ornament as Mother is the first to discover. This ornament can memorise tunes it hears - Mother singing, and the singing flowers, Tiny’s panpiping and even the music trees. And most amazingly, it plays them back together in perfect harmony. And the Clangers have a final surprise when it plays them musical sounds that they have never heard before.

In this musical episode, the Colourblocks learn that mixing red and yellow makes orange, whilst adding black and white helps to make darker and lighter colours. Meanwhile, at the next station, the Go Jetters are excitedly waiting with their tickets to ride the bullet train. The train approaches but doesn't stop, racing past the Go Jetters as Grandmaster Glitch shouts out of the window. The Go Jetters realise the train has been glitched.

Grown-ups at home are encouraged to take part by gift-wrapping safe, baby-appropriate bells and hiding them inside a fabric bag or pillowcase. Parents and carers are then encouraged to reveal and explore the gift-wrapped bells with their babies. The festive song Jingle Bells is featured, as is a Christmas story involving Baby Bear and Baby Tiger. Afterwards, the Together Song gets everyone moving about before they enjoy some calm time with bubbles and the Goodbye Song.

Watch Tag, Betty, Norrie, Happy and Roly and all their animal friends have fun in the pool under the watchful eye of lifeguard Duggee.

The Game Catchers travel to a planet where they are taught to play witch says colour.

After a fun playtime activity of making a model castle, Timmy's imagination is all fired up. He wants to play at being Timmy the Knight, encountering dragons and saving damsels in distress. Along with Finlay, he dresses up as a knight and together they clippety-clop around the nursery on their trusty steeds - a customised broom and a hobby horse - and carry out several chivalrous deeds. The play-acting bug takes over the whole nursery. Together, the pals make a wonderful castle of their own out of big cardboard boxes, and they all dress up. Timmy and Finlay's chivalrous spirit is put to the test when the friends hear what sounds like a real dragon.

Amanpreet and her family are off on a animal adventure! They visit a safari park where they join the lions for a spot of lunch from the safety of their safari bus. Later, Amanpreet turns her hand to zookeeping. The rhino’s need a mud bath and Amanpreet is ready to help - it’s a mucky job, but someone has to do it! She also gets to feed the giraffes, but will the gentle giants be tempted by her cabbage buffet.

Sebastiaan's making a South African bobotie, which is a local dish his family have shared with him. He starts by putting chopped spring onions, grated courgette, turmeric powder, ground coriander and torn red pepper into a casserole dish and cooking them. He then adds garlic puree, ginger puree, chutney and chopped tomatoes to cooked beef mince. Sebastiaan then carefully makes powder out of his special ingredient, cumin seeds, and adds the powder to the beef mixture. Sebastiaan mixes both the vegetables and the beef in an oven dish and flattens them before adding two bay leaves. He adds a topping of milk and egg and then places it in the oven. Sebastiaan has a wonderfully decorated table, and he has another traditional treat to go with his bobotie. Will his friends figure out what his special ingredient is.

James finds out all about some very cool sea creatures – starfish. Chantelle is with Dawood to investigate different types of starfish – one with chocolate chips and another that looks like a cushion. Rory and his son Sandy are on Longniddry Beach looking in rockpools for starfish and seastars. Chantelle and Rory’s fact files explain about the shape of starfish, how long they can live and how starfish stop other creatures eating them. It’s also time to find out why they are an important keystone species. This episode’s Teeny Tiny Task is to help the beach and the creatures by litter picking.

Go and Stop have helped Arty cross it before, so they are confident that they can help Frog too. Listening to the Moving Crew, Frog leaps from stepping stone to stepping stone. He almost leaps onto the grass on the opposite bank when he realises that he’ll land on a bunch of bugs. What can they do.

The Octonauts follow a trail of deep-sea debris to its source: a derelict ship floating unmanned on the surface. But the ship seems to be haunted by ghostly voices, which a quick dip below the water line reveals to be hundreds of barnacles stuck to the ship. As the ship drifts into waters too cold for the barnacles, the Octonauts must find a way to tow it to warmer waters before it sinks or falls apart.

When Peter realises he has accidentally upset Benjamin by asking him to sit out the next garden raid, he goes to apologise, only to find his cousin has gone.

The day starts when Duggee moves a cupboard, and the Squirrels find a dusty, old book behind it. It’s Duggee’s diary from when he was a teenager! The Squirrels aren’t sure what a diary is, so Duggee explains by reading some extracts. The Squirrels are keen to write diaries of their own.
