When the charter guests, founders of a multi-million dollar apparel company, challenge Leon on his meal choices, he has to make a quick fix for the sake of the crew's tip. After witnessing Kate's failed attempts to smooth things out with Leon, Captain Lee issues the crew a stern warning.

Matt is back in hot water with another restaurant owner. Bruno tries to show Kate up with his knowledge of guest relations, but learns that there is no competing with Kate.

Captain Lee has a special guest come aboard and the crew gets to see a different side to their leader. A familiar face from the past surprises the crew and immediately has eyes for Jen. An all-female charter proves to be a handful for Kate and Captain Lee. As Matt continues to struggle, Captain Lee takes action to prevent further embarrassment.

Captain Lee tests Matt as he removes Bruno from the galley, and joins the women for dinner. Jen feels defeated as her and Kate's working relationship deteriorates. During the celebration, the love triangle appears to be tipping in Kasey's favor forcing Brooke to either take a chance and go for Joao or risk missing out forever.

It’s Restaurant Wars and this season the perennial favorite returns with a twist! The chefs split into two teams of four and are tasked with developing restaurant concepts. Each team must present a three-course progressive menu, offering two options for every course. To add to the pressure, they must serve 100 guests while also fielding to-go orders in the middle of it all. Kristen, Tom and Gail are joined at the judges’ table by restaurateur Michael Mina and Clare Reichenbach, CEO of the James Beard Foundation. Before it all begins, the cheftestants receive news that reshapes their dynamics.

The chefs pack their knives as they head to Greenville, S.C., where they are welcomed by renowned restaurateur Carl Sobocinski. Kristen, Tom and Gail will be joined at the judges’ table by Carl Sobocinski and “Top Chef” season 22 finalist Shuai Wang.

The remaining chefs head lakeside to Lake Hartwell’s legendary Green Pond Landing to face the fan-favorite mise en place Quickfire Challenge with Kristen, Tom and Gail, and then head out on the water to compete in a Top Chef Fishing Derby. For the Elimination Challenge, they must create their best dish featuring the fish from the lake to impress the judges and guest judges Oscar-nominated actress Danielle Brooks and James Beard-nominated chef James London.

The chefs gather at Greenville’s Unity Park where they’re welcomed by Kristen and special guest judges Keith Habersberger and Rachel Cole of the Try Guys. For the Quickfire Challenge, the chefs must create a dish with elements voted on by “Top Chef” superfans. Joined by chefs Niki Nakayama and Adam Cooke and retired Olympic cyclist Brent Bookwalter, the judges task the chefs with creating elevated fine dining dishes featuring rabbit in this week’s Elimination Challenge.

Before heading back to Charlotte, the chefs make a stop in Asheville, one of the most unique cities in North Carolina. There will be no Quickfire Challenge as the chefs explore the city with local host and former “Top Chef” alum Ashleigh Shanti, learning about the community’s remarkable relief efforts following the devastation of hurricane Helene while discovering the unique cuisine of this Appalachian region. For the Elimination Challenge, the chefs will host a one-night-only event for 200 community members in recognition of their resilience.

After a dissatisfying meal last charter, Kevin pulls out all the shots with a ten-course tasting menu to impress Lee. A charter group of thirsty single women arrive and request a provocative show. As Tanner becomes ill with a stomach sickness, Brian bumps heads with Ashton. When frustrations run high on the deck team, Ashton attempts to reel in a checked-out Abbi, but her impulses run wild.

The crew deals with the fallout of Abbi's impulsive decision to leave the boat. Tanner tries, and fails, to work through a serious stomach sickness. Meanwhile, Kevin continues his redemption tour with a risky dinner menu choice, and Simone begins to feel frustrated with the lack of opportunities on board. As Brian and Courtney's romance begins to bloom, Ashton tries to blow off some steam by testing his flirtation skills with not one, but two women on the crew's night out.

Florida State University-alumni charter guests arrive single and more than ready to mingle with the crew. Meanwhile, Simone is out of her element working on service and becomes distracted by her new crush. After being displeased with service, Kevin takes matters into his own hands, undermining Kate. Courtney grows closer to Brian as she tends to his wounded knee and Lee announces Abbi's replacement, in time to help revive his deck team much to the chagrin of Ashton.

The new deckhand arrives just in time as Brian's injured knee worsens. Ashton tries to ingratiate the new teammate with the deck crew, but his efforts are wasted after an explosive crew night out. Kate and Kevin battle over the control of meal service. When a charter guest is inappropriate toward Simone, Kate is forced to confront the issue head on.

Rhylee jeopardizes her job and relationships with the crew after a dramatic first night out. Tanner gossips about his relationship with Simone as things heat up between them. Still sidelined by his leg injury, Brian gets sent to the hospital by Captain Lee leaving his future on the line. Simone finally confronts Kate about her job duties as second stew.

The crew bonds over a trip to an elephant sanctuary, but Kate's attitude pushes the others to the brink. A day off at the beach club has Courtney protective over Brian. After being put in her place by Kate, Simone deals with more fires when she learns Tanner has been gossiping about their relationship .The rest of the deck crew realizes they can't trust Rhylee with information. Captain Lee witnesses firsthand the major dysfunction of his crew after they come home from a day of drinking.

The entire crew goes out to Patong for an explosive night out. After an intense night of drinking, emotions reach a new high causing Kate to make a dramatic decision.

The crew including Captain Lee are shocked to wake up and hear the shocking news that Kate quit. In Kate's absence, Simone and Courtney struggle to maintain order in the interior. Ashton doesn't remember his actions from the night before and has to confess to Lee that he is the reason Kate is gone. Meanwhile, Tanner is surprised to learn that he and Kate kissed. The deck crew's frustrations with Rhylee reach an all time high, forcing Captain Lee to consider a drastic change.

Former "The Real Housewife of Orange County," housewife Alexis Bellino, and new beau come aboard Valor to celebrate her recent divorce. After the deck team deals with major issues, Lee comes to a decision about Rhylee's future, forcing Ashton to change his management style. With arguments continuing back at Valor, Captain Lee promises there will be hell to pay in the morning.

Eddie’s return to yachting is rocky as he deals with a new team and a green but lovable deckhand. Chief Stewardess Francesca sets high standards for her interior crew, but this rubs some the wrong way.

The sudden departure of one of his teammates leaves Shane struggling to adapt to the unforeseen responsibilities on deck. Coming off her clash with Francesca, Izzy begins to question if the interior satisfies her dream of being at sea. While dealing with demanding guests, Rachel lets her emotions get the best of her, and Francesca loses her composure in front of Captain Lee. Meanwhile, James gets caught in the middle of an explosive guest argument.

Ready to let loose in the Caribbean, James instead finds himself disappointed on the first night out. Heads turn as My Seanna welcomes a new crew member, and Izzy makes a surprising decision, much to the chagrin of James. Francesca comes to grips with the ramifications of her emotional outburst. Mistakes from a few people fracture the charter, and Captain Lee is forced to level with the crew after a series of dangerous mishaps. Ultimately, Shane’s repeated follies push Eddie over the edge.

Shane tries to redeem himself after getting caught sleeping on the job. Meanwhile, Ashling excels in her duties on deck as Elizabeth suffers the scrutiny of Francesca. In the galley, Rachel is excited to finally have refined guests on board, but things are not always as they seem.

After a caviar mishap, the primary’s 50th birthday dinner teeters on the edge of disaster, and Rachel finds herself embroiled in interior drama. As Shane’s career hangs on by a thread, Francesca’s frustrations with Elizabeth build.
