Back in the boat, Peekaboo sweeps a pile of colourful pebbles out of the hole in the wall, and they scatter across the boat. The Twirlywoos return, and begin to collect the pebbles into piles. Great BigHoo carefully collects all the blue ones, Toodloo collects the red ones, and Chickedy and Chick run in pushing a pile of yellow pebbles, crashing into the others and scattering them everywhere! The Rings signal that it's time to go, and Peekaboo comes out when the coast is clear and pushes the pebbles back into the hole in the wall.

After hearing a strange sound, the Squirrels turn to Duggee to help identify its source. They learn about sound waves, and that you can listen for different qualities in the sounds, such as if it’s loud, quiet, high or low. Describing the sound can help you work out where it’s coming from, so Duggee lets the Squirrels close their eyes as they listen to sounds and make their guesses.

The Squirrels see Duggee reading Wonderful Stories about Wise Animals and want to learn about wisdom and how they can become wiser. They find out that wisdom isn’t just about facts and figures, but that it's about good judgement and experiences too. They learn to plan ahead, concentrate on the task at hand, that sometimes big problems need a little help, to focus on the present and that good things come to those who wait. Thank goodness Duggee is so wise.

The Squirrels discover that things can be wide, long, thin or small, and that these attributes make up all sorts of different sizes. To help understand this, they assign a line-up all the way from a small piece of dust to a huge rocket ship.

Maddie takes her special camera on a journey along the radiator ‘washing line’, and we see how the radiators are sprayed with special paint to make them shiny.

Bing and Coco are drawing Gilly a picture. When she and Popsie arrive, Bing goes to say hello, but while he does so Charlie makes a big squiggle on Bing's drawing! Gilly shows them a game called 'squiggling'. You draw a squiggle, and then your partner turns that squiggle into a new drawing. Bing loves this game and turns Charlie's squiggle into Popsie.

It's a lovely day, so everyone is playing outside. Things take a turn when Roly needs a wee, because the door is locked and Duggee has mislaid the key. Glitch thinks of a solution to both their problems: they'll travel to Blarney Castle in Ireland, near where his Great Aunt Cliodhna lived, and find the Blarney Stone. It is said to give the gift of the gab to all who kiss it, making them brilliant at talking to people. But when they find a huge queue of tourists all waiting to kiss the stone, Glitch takes matters into his own hands to speed things up..

The Squirrels see Duggee reading Wonderful Stories about Wise Animals and want to learn about wisdom and how they can become wiser. They find out that wisdom isn’t just about facts and figures, but that it's about good judgement and experiences too. They learn to plan ahead, concentrate on the task at hand, that sometimes big problems need a little help, to focus on the present and that good things come to those who wait. Thank goodness Duggee is so wise.

From its early origins in the charabanc, the coach had always been the people's form of transport. Cheaper and more flexible than the train, it allowed those who had travelled little further than their own villages and towns a first heady taste of exploration and freedom. It was a safe capsule on wheels from which to venture out into a wider world. The distinctive livery of the different coach companies was part of a now-lost world, when whole communities crammed into coach after coach en route to pleasure spots like Blackpool, Margate and Torquay. With singsongs, toilet stops and the obligatory pub halt, it didn't matter how long it took to get there because the journey was all part of the adventure.

Sebastiaan's making a South African bobotie, which is a local dish his family have shared with him. He starts by putting chopped spring onions, grated courgette, turmeric powder, ground coriander and torn red pepper into a casserole dish and cooking them. He then adds garlic puree, ginger puree, chutney and chopped tomatoes to cooked beef mince. Sebastiaan then carefully makes powder out of his special ingredient, cumin seeds, and adds the powder to the beef mixture. Sebastiaan mixes both the vegetables and the beef in an oven dish and flattens them before adding two bay leaves. He adds a topping of milk and egg and then places it in the oven. Sebastiaan has a wonderfully decorated table, and he has another traditional treat to go with his bobotie. Will his friends figure out what his special ingredient is.

She uses her special cameras to help us see how the gigantic crab cranes pick up, move and crush the cars into small pieces. The cranes are so big that they make the real cars look like toys! We also find out how a machine uses clever magnets to pick out the metal from other materials in the car like glass, rubber and cloth. Next, she visits a road sign factory to learn how they are made. She finds out about the different shapes of road signs and what they mean. Then Maddie uses her special time-lapse camera to see the designs as they are printed out on sheets of metal. Maddie finds out that they are covered in a reflective material that helps cars see the signs when it's dark.

The spout gets so long that it reaches all the way over to the table, and Toodloo is finally able to put the teapot under it and fill it with tea.

Sebastiaan's making a South African bobotie, which is a local dish his family have shared with him. He starts by putting chopped spring onions, grated courgette, turmeric powder, ground coriander and torn red pepper into a casserole dish and cooking them. He then adds garlic puree, ginger puree, chutney and chopped tomatoes to cooked beef mince. Sebastiaan then carefully makes powder out of his special ingredient, cumin seeds, and adds the powder to the beef mixture. Sebastiaan mixes both the vegetables and the beef in an oven dish and flattens them before adding two bay leaves. He adds a topping of milk and egg and then places it in the oven. Sebastiaan has a wonderfully decorated table, and he has another traditional treat to go with his bobotie. Will his friends figure out what his special ingredient is.

Maddie is at the coast! She visits a red and white striped lighthouse and meets the lighthouse keeper right at the top. She goes inside to where the bulb is kept and finds out how all the reflective glass that surrounds it helps make the light stronger. Then she uses a special drone camera that flies out to sea! The drone camera shows us how strong the light bulb is because it needs to warn ships miles out to sea that there's shallow water or rocks nearby. Next, Maddie visits a factory where bath bombs are made to find out about the ingredients that make bath bombs fizz! She discovers why it’s called a chemical reaction. Maddie uses her special underwater camera to show us the fizzy bubbles that are made when the bath bomb is dropped into water.

Today Maddie is learning about metal, and how it can be recycled and used again. Maddie visits a recycling centre where they recycle metal from old cars. She uses her special cameras to help us see how the gigantic crab cranes pick up, move and crush the cars into small pieces. The cranes are so big that they make the real cars look like toys! We also find out how a machine uses clever magnets to pick out the metal from other materials in the car like glass, rubber and cloth. Next, she visits a road sign factory to learn how they are made. She finds out about the different shapes of road signs and what they mean. Then Maddie uses her special time-lapse camera to see the designs as they are printed out on sheets of metal. Maddie finds out that they are covered in a reflective material that helps cars see the signs when it's dark.

Next, Maddie visits a factory where bath bombs are made to find out about the ingredients that make bath bombs fizz! She discovers why it’s called a chemical reaction. Maddie uses her special underwater camera to show us the fizzy bubbles that are made when the bath bomb is dropped into water.
