Disa's family comes from the Scandinavian country Sweden. She is baking kardemummabullar, which is a Swedish recipe for cardamom buns. Disa makes a milk mixture, sweetened with honey, and mixes it into flour to make a dough. She then grinds her special ingredient, cardamom, into a powder and adds some into the dough and the rest of it into brown sugar. The dough is flattened, the brown sugar and cardamom mix is spread onto the dough and folded in. The dough is then cut into strips and twisted and wrapped into a bun ready to be baked. Will her friends like the cardamom when it's baked in her kardemummabullar.

Maddie has a day out, starting by travelling on a tram. She finds out how it moves using electricity from wire cables above. While she's away, the Twirlywoos come out and have the idea to put one of the hats on top of another. They put another hat on top of that, and then another and another. The hooter goes off and as the Twirlywoos fly off, they send the stack of hats flying into the air just as the lady comes out of the changing room - and they all land on top of her head! Peekaboo is out in the open just as the Twirlywoos return to the boat. On sneaking back to the hole in the wall, the tea machine pops up from the floor and Peekaboo is left balancing on top of it! The Twirlywoos operate the tea machine unaware that Peekaboo is on top, and they don't even notice when the inflating fruit bounces Peekaboo up in the air. When the fruit is fully inflated and Great Big Hoo presses the button to release it, Peekaboo jumps up and down on the inflated fruit so the juice squeezes out extra fast. Finally, the tea machine goes back down and Peekaboo races back to the hole in the wall.

Jessica cooks cabbage and spring onions in oil and then adds them to grated carrot, beetroot, potatoes and a tomato and stock mixture. These ingredients are combined in a casserole dish. Once they are stirred together, the dish can be placed in the oven. Jessica wears a traditional Ukrainian outfit and serves drinks in a beautiful drinks dispenser. Borscht is famous for being brightly coloured, so will her friends be able to guess that her special ingredient is beetroot.

With the aid of a torch, Flop shows Bing that shadows never go far from their owners.

Sula, Pando and Bing discover a bird's nest while making a playhouse in the shed. They try to find the bird by being super quiet, and she flies into their playhouse. When Bing goes in to look for her, she flies out again; they can't both be in the playhouse at the same time. So Bing decides to give the shed to her until her chicks have all grown up.

After freshening up, brushing their teeth and picking out the perfect outfit, the Squirrels start packing the essentials for their walk. They gawk at the amazing sights and interesting characters that they meet along the way, and they even get a magical lift home. It was well worth getting ready for that morning.

Happy notices a tiny fruit fly on his apple, and the Squirrels are amazed by how small it is. The fly tells them that there are things even smaller than him, and so Duggee teaches them that some things are so small that you can’t even see them – atoms. Combined, these make molecules, which in turn join to make cells, the fabric that makes up every living thing. The Squirrels discover that things can be wide, long, thin or small, and that these attributes make up all sorts of different sizes. To help understand this, they assign a line-up all the way from a small piece of dust to a huge rocket ship.

Boom is showing off but slips and has a mild panic. To hide his embarrassment, he challenges Zog to a dragon-off! Zog must set aside his desire to win and help his rival.
