When the farmer discovers he's sprung a leak, he calls the water board to come and fix the problem. The bored flock are thrilled by the opportunity to have some watery fun. When the workmen clock off, the party begins.

Danger Mouse and Penfold are introduced to Squawk’s latest invention – a warp drive device that will transport HQ anywhere in the universe at a moment’s notice. Squawk’s demonstration seems to go without a hitch - that is until the gang notice an exact duplicate of the HQ across the road, with identical duplicates of the Danger Team inside. When the duplicate Big Head is activated and starts causing mayhem the two DMs join forces to try and stop her.

The heroes are relieved that the loud, threatening voice they can hear actually belongs to a small slug named Zorgoth, who is armed with a megaphone. However, when Zorgoth uses his Orb of Compression to shrink the heroes down to the size of ants, their relief evaporates. They must now embark on a long and dangerous quest, through their picnic items and beyond, to warn the Council before Zorgoth shrinks the entire forest.
