Captain Glenn and Parsifal are back! This time in Croatia and ready to welcome a whole new crew aboard to a wild season full of over-the-top antics. Chief Stew, Daisy Kelliher, hails from Ireland and a pedigreed sailing background - both of her parents were yachties, and her grandfather sailed for Ireland in the 1964 Olympics. Rounding out the interior are Daisy’s skilled 2nd Stew, Dani Soares, and lovably eccentric 3rd Stew, Alli Dore. Leading the deck team is the ultra-experienced First Mate, Gary King, who rules his department with an iron fist. Reporting to Gary are Sydney Zaruba, who has been sailing since she was a child, and Jean-Luc Cerza Lanuax, who towers at a whopping 6’9” and can barely fit in his bunk. The deck team slips up when they mistakenly wash the teak with gasoline, and Chief Engineer, Colin Macrae, swoops in to save the day. Chef Natasha De Bourg, who has worked at many Michelin-Star restaurants, is challenged to create exquisite dishes revolving around the Primary guest’s strict vegan requirements. But the first charter of the season gets really rocky when the guests get in a drunken personal fight. The next morning, the guests’ excitement to sail puts Daisy and Natasha at odds over serving breakfast on heel. But nothing is more startling than when Jean-Luc realizes he may have lost two guests at sea!

Deckhand Jean-Luc tries to rebound after losing two guests, but his inability to sleep in his undersized bunk interferes with his work and his attitude. When the dust settles, the crew gives the guests a lot to mullet over as they pull together a rip-roarin’ 80s rock party. A confrontation about pita bread between Chef Natasha and Chief Stew Daisy doesn’t add up. Captain Glenn pushes the boat hard during a lively sail as primary charter guest Nikki’s father blesses the group with favorable winds. The crew goes absolutely wild during their first night off, and First Mate Gary makes a drunken decision that could have dire consequences for the deck team.

A hungover Parsifal crew tries to piece together what they did the night before. Dani does some sleuthing while Gary and Sydney downplay their hookup. Daisy’s frustration with the deck team ratchets up when she discovers they’ve been using guest areas that have already been cleaned. A family emergency leaves Charter 2 without Primaries, but four demanding guests prove to be just as challenging. An issue with the sail nearly sends Gary over the edge, but his mounting frustrations with Jean-Luc push him even further, so Gary demands a bunk swap. When a guest wakes up with a fever, the crew worries about the fate of their season.

The Parsifal crew is on edge waiting for the results to an important test. But when night falls, they make good use of their unexpected time off with a naughty game of Truth or Dare. When Sydney notices that flirtations between Alli and Gary are heating up, she takes matters into her own hands… but the results aren’t what she expected. Alli receives a life-changing phone call. The third charter of the season gets underway, and a high-maintenance modern family sends the crew into a tailspin. Tensions between the interior and exterior simmer as Daisy and the stews stews rush to keep up with a slew of non-stop drink orders while the deck team drags their feet on offering relief. Natasha hits the skids with a dinner service that leaves everyone feeling uncomfortable.

Natasha stays motivated but finds it nearly impossible to keep the galley afloat as Primary Barrie gives her hell at each meal. A lunch service under sail sends plates flying, but Natasha rallies and finally gets a compliment from the particular primary, Barrie. A tense tip meeting puts everyone on the defensive. And a drunken, late-night skinny-dipping session sends Gary, Alli, and Sydney overboard.

But the crew really splinters when a smoke break gone wrong leads to the violent death of an innocent cake.

Back on the boat, Jean-Luc and Gary argue about deck work while Dani and Alli take matters - and each other - into their own hands. Despite an unexpected love affair, the night ends with Alli and Sydney waging war.

To end the night, Gary capitalizes with an unexpected guest in his bunk. Hours away from the start of the next charter, Tom’s conversation with Glenn ignites his fear that the worst is yet to come.

Tensions rise on the boat for both the interior and deck crew. Gary’s finger gets stuck in the main saloon doors causing so much pain that his patience with Kelsie is obsolete. Still one man down, Kelsie tries to keep her head above water with the new 12-hour graveyard shift. On the interior, Gabriela works hard to amend her relationship with the crew but feels isolated from the team. Ashley confides in Daisy about Gabriela’s attitude, forcing Daisy to have a private conversation with Gabriela.

After getting vulnerable with Daisy about how low she’s been feeling aboard Parsifal III, Gabriela wants to try to turn things around on the upcoming crew day off. Coming off another successful charter and in true celebratory fashion, Ashley goes full steam ahead in her pursuit for Gary. The next morning, however, a hungover Gary claims he can’t remember what happened. The crew head to a luxury villa to unwind, reset and figure out what really happened between Gary and Ashley. Everyone is riding high until Marcos and Gabriela bump heads yet again, instantly turning a day in paradise into one of drama and torture.

The wait is finally over for the tired deck team as they welcome the arrival of new deckhand Barnaby. However, the interior are still understaffed as they’re given the most challenging guests yet. Gary jumps to the rescue as an empty neighboring boat drags into another boat nearby. In the galley, Marcos shines again as he caters to the demanding guests with ease, but his crew worries that he’s burning himself out. With their relentless requests and endless complaints, the guests fully push Daisy to the edge.

Daisy is brought to her breaking point as the demanding guests continue to challenge the Parsifal III crew with their incessant requests. The arrival of a new stew puts smiles on everyone’s faces except for Ashley’s as she’s quick to claim Gary as her territory. When sparks fly between Gary and new stew Scarlett, Ashley shifts her focus to work, determined to finally get the coveted second second stew position.

After campaigning for a promotion, Ashley is sorely disappointed to be given the title “Junior Stew,” making her and Scarlett equals. Capt. Glenn is hopeful for Colin’s plan to “rebuild” the engine but with his First Mate still out and his engineer indisposed, Capt. Glenn cracks under pressure to impress the docked guests. While joining the guests for dinner, Capt. Glenn notices Chef Ileisha’s inadequate portion sizes and slow timings. To add insult to injury, the guests tell Capt. Glenn this is the “worst trip of their lifetime” and specifically blame Daisy’s lack of service. Capt. Glenn worries that his interior team isn’t prepared and begins to question whether this charter season will be smooth sailing.

Capt. Glenn finally wakes up to some good news: His First Mate is finally joining the crew, helping to relieve some stress before the anticipated sea trial. With a rough first charter to start the season, the crew is crossing its fingers the engine fixes can get them off the dock. For the first time in “Below Deck” history, the entire crew is invited to join the guests for dinner and Chef Ileisha has to change her menu last minute. Gary’s return means he has a lot of catching up to do in the romance department as he attempts to get to know the ladies on board.

Capt. Glenn remains committed to improving the guest experience by insisting a stew go on all excursions. Daisy is frustrated after learning she’s a stew down while the deck team goofed off on the eFoils. Chef Ileisha’s perfectionism is thrown off when she faces her greatest fear in the galley and enlists Colin’s help. Gary claims his territory as First Mate both with the ladies and on deck as he sets his eyes on Mads knowing his deckhands are interested in the same girl.

In an effort to turn the charter around, Capt. Glenn takes the guests on an epic sail. Lucy makes a grave mistake to a charter guest’s garment. After Chef Ileisha continues to leave the guests waiting too long between courses, Capt. Glenn gives her honest feedback in the tip meeting that pushes Daisy's defensive buttons. Colin defends Capt.
