Zahra-Rose's family is from Somalia, a country situated on the east coast of Africa. In Somalia, they have the traditional dish of nafaqo, which is boiled egg wrapped in mashed potato. This is what Zahra-Rose has chosen to make for her friends. To begin with, Zahra-Rose seasons mashed potato with salt, black pepper, flour, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder and fresh coriander. She then wraps the potato mixture around her special ingredient, hard-boiled eggs, rolls them in breadcrumbs and puts them in the oven to be cooked. Zahra-Rose also serves a fresh chilli sauce, so her friends can use it for dipping. Not only does Zahra-Rose have beautiful decorations, she also has a surprise picnic planned. Will her friends realise what her special ingredient is.

They build a MAN out of snow, but he is very small, so they make him GROW. As he gets bigger, the snowman comes alive and starts to dance. Soon, to the delight of the Alphablocks, he is putting on a spectacular SHOW. What a showman! N has never had a nicer day.

Cow discovers Go and Stop disco dancing in the forest. She loves their moves and wants to learn how to do them, but she doesn’t think she’ll be able to wiggle, spin and clap in time to the music. There’s too much to remember. Go and Stop realise that Cow needs to master each dance move separately before she can make all the actions fit the beat.

Andy travels down to Antarctica to fix things - but finds that the ice is melting faster than it used to due to climate change, and the webcam is now floating on the water. It's up to Andy to retrieve the camera, find the seals and bring the footage home.

Andy is put in charge of caring for the frogspawn of the glass frog - but he has no idea how to look after it! So he embarks on a trip to Costa Rica in search of some wild glass frogs. After encountering a basilisk lizard and a hungry cricket, Andy finally meets one of the tiny amphibians and learns the secret to looking after their eggs.

Doug helps Waffle make new neighbour Pepper a dog bed. They fondly remember when Mrs Hobbs adopted Pepper and when they made their first box-bed for her cat, George.

So, the Squirrels practise their skills until they are ready to face an audience.

It’s the perfect day for ice skating, and everyone is excited - except for Prickly, who doesn’t know how to skate. Vida helps him with some bumps and bruises, and gives him some sage advice.

Major Clanger is fishing nearby and tries to repair it on the spot but in the end decides he will have to take it to his workshop. The Iron Chicken is distraught but Granny assures her that Major knows what he’s doing, and reluctantly the Iron Chicken returns to her nest where she receives a visit from the Wols, who suggest they create their own radio station – Radio Wol. It is a huge success.

However, Glitch appears and tries to show off his new 'Grim-o-Freeze' and zaps the cloud. Instead of disappearing, it grows in size and ferocity, breaking the roof with a smash. The sudden change in pressure blows everyone about inside the dome and the cloud blows outside, taking Glitch and the Grimbots with it. The Go Jetters need to catch it fast so launch their brand new vehicle, the Truckster.

Two teams touch down at the STARS space station to take on three scientific challenges to win out-of-this-world prizes. First, they must match a sequence of colours given to them by mixing primary colours to make secondary ones. Then, in a game based on light and shadows, the young scientists have to figure out what their team captains are holding by observing their shadows behind a huge screen. Finally, the teams dress as bees with sticky legs to transfer pollen between giant flowers. Meanwhile, Sam and Ayo are sending a package back to Earth. Ayo teaches Sam a method of remembering all the items they need to pack by creating a story about them.

Mr Hammond has just returned from a trip to Antarctica, where he set up a webcam to observe a Weddell seal and her newborn pup. But there's a problem with the webcam that stops Jen from getting a signal. Andy travels down to Antarctica to fix things - but finds that the ice is melting faster than it used to due to climate change, and the webcam is now floating on the water. It's up to Andy to retrieve the camera, find the seals and bring the footage home.

Doug helps Waffle make new neighbour Pepper a dog bed. They fondly remember when Mrs Hobbs adopted Pepper and when they made their first box-bed for her cat, George.

When Bob finds out about dancing with Alice, he feels nervous and goes to tell Alice he doesn't want to. Alice is disappointed and persuades Bob to practice in the evening when everyone has gone home. When Molly and Mack find out about the dance practice, they think of a way to make it really special.

Bing and his friends are making leaf pictures in the woods. They take a piece of paper, place it on a leaf and rub a crayon onto it. They each choose their own leaf, but Bing's is whisked away by the wind! Luckily, he manages to catch it by stamping on it. When the wind also whisks Coco's picture off the table, Bing tries to catch it but once again ends up stamping on it. Now Coco is angry.

The Go Jetters are in snowy Norway to learn about the reindeer that are cared for by the local Sami people. In the spring, the reindeer go on a very long journey called migration, and as part of this journey they catch a ferry to take them to their warmer summer home. Grandmaster Glitch and the Grimbots are also in Norway, but their Grimbler scares the migrating reindeer, and some of them run away from the herd. The Go Jetters need to keep them calm and get them back to the herd so they can finish their migration.

Duggee arranges for the Squirrels to write to some pen pals, helping them to learn all about life in far away places, earning their Pen Pal badges and making some new friends in the process.

Duggee explains that it's a telescope, and he's looking at things far, far away in space. The Squirrels are keen to have a go too but first Duggee tells them about the solar system, and in order to help him they must all dress up as planets.

Duggee is painting in his favourite colouring book. The Squirrels want to have a go too. Betty wants to paint a bee and that's yellow. Tag paints a fire truck and that's red, and Happy paints some water blue. But when it's Norrie's turn she can't find the paint colour she wants. Stripey is playing dress up and accidentally ends up looking just like Timmy - with a white woolly waistcoat and floppy black socks on his ears. Timmy is delighted to have a twin, Stripey is too. Timmy makes Stripey a lamb's tail to wiggle and a twin teddy to complete the look! Although he looks like Timmy, Stripey isn't much good at being a Timmy twin: he can't baaaa, his tail wiggling leaves a lot to be desired, and he's terrible at football. During a game, Timmy gets impatient when Stripey keeps missing the ball, so he passes it to his other friends instead. Stripey feels left out and trundles off sadly, taking off his costume bit by bit as he goes. Timmy realises his friend is upset and has an idea: he dresses up as Stripey, much to the badger's delight, and makes Stripey noises with a horn.

Elvis refuses to play football after his lucky, stinky socks are washed. Evie B leads the hunt for the smelliest smell in the Den so they can make the socks stinky again.

In this episode, we follow Sophia as she celebrates the Jewish festival of Hanukkah with her family. Sophia begins by making candles with her mum. They burn these candles later on while celebrating Hanukkah. As part of the celebrations, the family plan on hosting a party with the rest of their family. Dad and Sofia go to a Jewish shop, where they buy lots of traditional food and ingredients for the party. When Sophia returns home she helps her mum make authentic potato latkes, before heading to the synagogue for a big party where they light a Hanukkiah. After the synagogue, it's party time! Sophia greets all of her family members as they arrive, and they all finish by exchanging gifts with one another and enjoying the rest of the celebrations.

Molly brings the flavours of the Caribbean to her home by cooking up a Saint Lucian-themed meal for her friends. She makes a feast of jerk sea bass, spiced potato wedges and a tangy avocado and pineapple salsa. Molly loves cooking and has learnt to make this flavourful feast from her dad, who is originally from St Lucia. Her friends taste some raw spring onions and tell us what they think. Spring onions add lots of flavour to her recipe and Molly hopes that her friends will enjoy the taste of them in her meal. Molly sets up a special table in her garden and hopes that her friends will like it when they see all the effort she has gone to.

They find out how they spread their seeds in all sorts of places, that they have amazing roots called tap roots and learn how bees and other insects love the dandelion’s nectar. On the way, they visit a flower shop and help some dandelions find new places to grow by blowing on them.

As the children arrive, there is a rainbow over the school. Mrs Farrell points it out to Bryn before they head inside to create their own rainbow on the carpet. The rainbow has disappeared and the rain has stopped, so some of the children go outside for a game of hide-and-seek in the forest area. They soon find a hammock and take it in turns to try it out whilst the others sing a nursery rhyme. Back inside, it’s time for some more nursery rhymes with music teacher Miss Usher. After a Hickory Dickory Dock warm-up, the children form a marching band for the Grand Old Duke of York.

Steve and Aneeshwar meet two of the tallest animal in the world, the giraffe, who show them their incredibly long tongues that they use to pick the leaves from tall trees in the wild. Next, they visit some red pandas, whose red fur has a thick layer underneath to keep them warm. Steve and Aneeshwar then reveal the wild connection that links these two animals.

Meanwhile, Tiny discovers that the notes on the music trees are now in the wrong order. Small has an idea that if he can rescue the eggbot, the eggbot will be able to help get the notes back in the right order.
