On Karamo, Jimmy says while incarcerated he unexpectedly crossed paths with Kristen who he believes is his long?lost sister. When Kristen brought the possibility to her father, she claims she was met with resistance and told never to bring it up again. Discovering whether Kristen is his biological sister would give Jimmy the purpose and hope he’s been searching for. Next, Dexter is convinced his girlfriend, Norma, is cheating and he believes it’s with a family friend. He says a suspicious voicemail, disappearing for long stretches of time, and her lack of quality time with him all point to infidelity. But Norma insists she’s never been faithful and says unlocking her phone will prove it once and for all. Karamo uncovers the truth today.

The chefs are transported into a magical kitchen forest with their prep tables gone and replaced by stumps for this week’s Quickfire Challenge where they must make a dish featuring Tom’s favorite ingredient – mushrooms.  Then in the Elimination Challenge, the cheftestants will be paired up to create a surf & turf dish featuring local fish and game for members of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla.  But first they’ll get to learn and taste some of the initial foods of the area.  With a double elimination on the line, Dale Talde joins the judges’ table.

The winner of the first part of Last Chance Kitchen rejoins the competition just in time for their “second chance” Quickfire Challenge where the Chefs are tasked with redoing a past failed dish for guest judge Melissa King. Then in an emotional Elimination Challenge Chef José Andrés calls in to recruit the chefs to join World Central Kitchen, his nonprofit organization that provides meals for victims of natural disasters, tasking the chefs with delivering over 500 meals to frontline workers at 3 local hospitals in Portland. Kwame Onwuachi will serve as the All-Star guest judge this week.

With the top eight chefs remaining, it’s time for the perennial favorite - Restaurant Wars. This year, the chefs are split into teams and tasked with creating a Chef’s Table restaurant concept where they will serve a seven course high-end tasting menu to the judges and All-Star panel.  Gregory Gourdet and Kristen Kish join Padma, Tom and Gail at the judges’ table.

For this week’s Quickfire Challenge, Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein from the hit comedy series “Portlandia” task the chefs with creating a dish using hipster ingredients using only old vintage appliances and equipment. For their Elimination Challenge, the chefs must develop and create a recipe fit for the home cook, and are surprised when unexpected guests show up to test their recipes.  All-Star alumni and cookbook authors Dale Talde and Richard Blais join the judges’ table to help decide which chef must pack their knives.

Tom, Gail and Richard Blais join Padma for the Quickfire Challenge where the chefs must go head-to-head to satisfy the judges’ cravings with a dish featuring Chipotle’s 53 real ingredients.  Then, Ed Lee enters the Top Chef kitchen and tells the chefs they will be competing tournament style for the Elimination Challenge.  The chefs duke it out at the Portland Japanese Gardens, where they must create dishes featuring various textures of tofu.  In this multi-round battle, the chefs will go head-to-head to earn their spots in the competition, and the losing chef will be eliminated on the spot.

This week’s Quickfire Challenge takes inspiration from “Top Chef” France’s infamous Black Box challenge. In teams of two, the chefs each take a turn entering the box where they blindly taste a dish created by guest judge Gabriel Rucker and then must try to recreate it. During a night off, the chefs are surprised by guest judges Kristen Kish and Brooke Williamson arrive with care packages from their families. However, in true “Top Chef” fashion, there’s a twist and they must use the ingredients from their care packages to make their dish for the Elimination Challenge.

As the final four chefs near the end of their journey in Portland, Padma is joined by Vitaly Paley and Gregory Gourdet to introduce an old school Quickfire Challenge paying homage to the Oregon Trail.  For the Elimination Challenge, legendary chef and special guest Massimo Bottura tasks the chefs to pull inspiration from his famous parmigiano reggiano dish and create delectable dishes utilizing cheddar five different ways. To gain inspiration, the chefs embark on a tour of the Tillamook Creamery. Dale Talde and Ed Lee serve as this week’s guest judges and help determine which three chefs move forward.

The remaining chefs get an early wake-up call from Padma to go meet guest judge Brooke Williamson and dig for clams for their Quickfire Challenge. In the Elimination Challenge, the chefs honor the area where James Beard spent his summers, creating both a hot dish and a cold dish with one of his favorite ingredients, Dungeness Crab. Kwame Onwuachi and Nina Compton serve as guest judges this week to help determine which chefs will move on to the finale.

After 13 grueling weeks of competition, the chefs must create the best four-course meal of their lives for their final challenge at Willamette Valley Vineyards.  They’ll serve it to an esteemed table including Padma, Tom and Gail, this season’s All-Star dining panel, and a few additional noteworthy guests including Tiffany Derry, Peter Cho and Naomi Pomeroy. Former winners Melissa King and Richard Blais join the judges one last time to deliberate and crown the next Top Chef.

In a competition first, Tom surprises the chefs with a twist that changes the game. The chefs are sent camping to make a 5-star meal outdoors, only to learn an unexpected storm welcomes them with a fresh blanket of snow forcing them to pull out every trick in their playbooks. With only a few heat sources and limited local ingredients, the chefs must get resourceful. Chef Naomi Pomeroy joins the judges in the Colorado Mountains.

Padma and Richard Blais inspire the chefs using Tasty online videos and challenge them to transform the most laborious dishes from their own menus into accessible thirty minute dishes for home cooks. Then, celebrated German chef, Keegan Gerhard, exposes the chefs to authentic Germanic food and tasks them with creating a unique Top Chef Beer Garden.

On the eve of the Quickfire, one of the chefs has a very special delivery. Padma and Season 14 Winner Brooke Williamson surprise the chefs at their house with breakfast ingredients and task them to create a delicious breakfast dish featuring Nutella. Then, Olympians inspire the chefs to focus on precision, speed and creativity in the first-ever Top Chef Olympics.

The chefs face-off in Restaurant Wars, creating and executing two new restaurant concepts from design to dishes in a matter of days. Culinary icons Bruce and Eric Bromberg of Blue Ribbon join the judges to experience and evaluate each restaurant's successes and failures. Nothing is ever as heated as a kitchen under this kind of pressure.

Cooking for Michelin-starred Chef David Kinch adds pressure to an already stressful Sudden Death Quickfire based on edible flowers. Then, the chefs are challenged to put an elevated slant on pre-game food as they host the ultimate tailgate party at Sports Authority Field at Mile High for the Denver Broncos. Then, with their time in Denver coming to a close, the chefs offer a dish representing their own Colorado journeys thus far to Governor John Hickenlooper at the Governor's mansion. One chef will be sent packing before the rest of the group heads to Telluride. Other guests critiquing the journey dinner include some of the most acclaimed chefs in Denver: Frank Bonanno, Steve Redzikowski and Tommy Lee.

In breathtaking Telluride, the Chefs embark on the first leg of the finals. They are quickly reunited with the winner of Last Chance Kitchen, and the new group of five face Padma, Tom, and Chef Wylie Dufresne. For the Quickfire challenge, they are tasked to make a dish incorporating the old saloon slinging medicinal beverage, sarsaparilla. Then the chefs cook at Alpino Vino, a restaurant at the highest elevation in North America, where they prepare a dish that must include a baking element. And no chef knows the difficulty of cooking in high altitude locations like Michelin-star recipient Chef Paul Liebrandt who has cooked in the Swiss Alps.

The Voltaggio Brothers reunite on Top Chef for the first time since competing against each other. Their first task is judging the Rocky Mountain Oyster Quickfire. Then, they reunite the chefs with surprise visitors from home in an emotionally charged Elimination Challenge where one chef will pack their knives before the next leg of the finals in Aspen.

In the final Quickfire of the season, the Chefs get a crash course in fly fishing, when they not only have to prepare the catch of the day, but they have to actually catch it too. Chef Chris Cosentino serves as guest judge. Then, the only thing standing between the chefs and the Grand Finale is 200 plates, for the country's most notable chefs and food connoisseurs attending the FOOD & WINE Classic. Serving only a vegetarian dish, they have to win over the likes of: Brooke Williamson, Danny Meyer, Bryan Voltaggio, Michael Voltaggio, Ludo Lefebvre, Scott Conant, Tim Love and guest judge Daniel Boulud and more.

In an epic showdown in Aspen, the final two chefs cook the meal of their lives in an effort to take home the ultimate title and prize. They'll need to impress not only the judges but also culinary superstars Nancy Silverton, Jonathan Waxman and Curtis Duffy. It's a fight to the bitter end, but only one will be crowned Top Chef.

“Top Chef” heads to Wisconsin with 15 new chefs, new rules and new host Kristen Kish. With no Quickfire Challenge this week, Kristen, Tom and Gail each task five chefs with cooking a dish they believe is a worthy test of being a good chef. The three favorites from each of the judges’ challenge will be up for the win while the three least favorite will be up for elimination. Before anyone goes home, there will be one more major twist to keep the chefs on their toes. The judges are joined by Wisconsin locals Chef Paul Bartolotta and Chef/Owner of Lupi & Iris, Adam Siegel.

“Top Chef” Colorado winner Joe Flamm joins Kristen for the Quickfire Challenge, tasking the chefs to create a dish featuring hops. For the Elimination Challenge, the chefs visit the historic Miller Caves where they must team up to serve a seven-course progressive meal featuring elevated bar snacks.

The chefs are in for a cherry good time when “Top Chef” All-Star alum Carla Hall and actor, director and writer Clea Duvall join Kristen for the Quickfire Challenge. The chefs must make a dish featuring Door County cherries and a mystery ingredient. For the Elimination Challenge, the chefs will be putting on a Cheese Festival where each chef will be responsible for creating a dish featuring one of 13 different cheeses. The winning dish will be voted on by the diners while the chef going home will be selected with the help of guest judges Carla Hall and local chef Dane Baldwin.

With no Quickfire this week, the chefs hit the road and take the Frank Lloyd Wright trail to Madison, touring a few of the Wisconsin native’s notable sites, including Burnham Block, Monona Terrace and Taliesin. For the elimination challenge, the chefs are tasked with creating dishes in teams of two that feature duality and celebrate Frank Lloyd Wright’s legacy as “America’s Architect.” These dishes are more important than ever because this week is a double elimination. Kristen, Tom and Gail are joined by last season’s winner, Buddha Lo, and French chef Dominique Crenn at the judges’ table.

While in Madison, the chefs receive a message bright and early from Kristen alerting them that they’ll be shopping for their Quickfire Challenge at the Dane County Farmers’ Market, the largest producer only farmers market in the nation. However, they won’t know what their challenge is until after they shop. Joining Kristen as judges for the Quickfire Challenge are local chef Tory Miller and comedian, director and activist W. Kamau Bell. For the Elimination Challenge, the chefs will be participating the time-honored Wisconsin tradition the Supper Club where they’ll be split into two teams to create a traditional supper club menu that they’ll cook and serve at the Harvey House, owned by this week’s guest judges Joe and Shaina Papach.

The chefs are shocked by a “Last Chance Kitchen” surprise that changes the game. Milk Bar’s Christina Tosi joins Kristen for a sweet Quickfire that requires the chefs to create a dairy-forward dessert. For the Elimination Challenge, the chefs must serve a dish that exemplifies chaos cuisine. The judges are joined by “The Bear” actor and chef Matty Matheson and chef Sofia Roe.

Bryan Voltaggio joins Kristen for a two-part Quickfire Challenge testing the chefs’ flambé and charring skills. Amar Santana heads to the kitchen with the famous Milwaukee Brewers Racing Sausages. For the Elimination Challenge, the chefs divide into two teams and compete in a head-to-head race at American Family Field (home of the Brewers) where they’ll serve sausage-forward dishes to a panel of experts, including former Brewer Ryan Braun and actress Brittany Snow.

There is no Quickfire as the chefs prepare for the highly anticipated Restaurant Wars elimination challenge. Split into two teams, the chefs are tasked to conceptualize and create two restaurants that feature a three-course progressive menu with at least two options for each course. Kristen, Tom and Gail are joined by “Top Chef” winner Stephanie Izard and “Top Chef” alum Kwame Onwuachi at the judges’ table.

Kristen is joined by judges Tom and Gail for this week’s Quickfire Challenge as the chefs are tasked to create dishes featuring cranberries in a unique way. The chefs are then treated to a special meal prepared by celebrated Indigenous chefs and guest judges Sean Sherman and Elean Terry. For the Elimination Challenge, the chefs must prepare modern dishes using only indigenous ingredients.

A familiar face returns to the competition from “Last Chance Kitchen.” In this week’s Quickfire challenge, the chefs must put their detective skills to work when Tom cooks up a dish that Kristen and Gail couldn’t resist and left little on the plate after tasting it. The chefs ask Tom a series of yes and no questions to determine what ingredients they need to recreate the dish. For the Elimination Challenge, the chefs leave it all on the table when they’re tasked with serving their creations directly on a tabletop to Kristen, Tom, Gail, and guest judge and two Michelin star chef Curtis Duffy.

In this week’s Quickfire Challenge, the chefs are tasked with identifying as many ingredients as they can in a blind taste test. For the Elimination Challenge, they must create a dish that exemplifies their culinary growth throughout their time in Wisconsin. The judges are joined by returning guest judge Paul Bartolotta.

The final four chefs arrive in Curaçao for their last Quickfire Challenge and must create a dish highlighting fish and cheese to impress Kristen, Tom, Gail and local guest judge Helim Smeulders. The chefs then set sail on Holland America Line’s Eurodam where they enjoy a meal prepared by chef and Fresh Fish Ambassador Morimoto. For the Elimination Challenge, the chefs are tasked with showcasing different preparation styles of fish. “Top Chef” alum Ed Lee joins Kristen, Tom and Gail at the judges’ table.

For the season’s final challenge, the three remaining chefs must create the best four-course progressive meal of their careers. For their last “Top Chef” service, the chefs will present their dishes to a lineup of culinary greats, including chefs David Zilber, Bricia Lopez, Carries Nahabedian, Justin Pichetrungsi and guest judge Emeril Lagasse, who will join Kristen, Tom and Gail to determine which cheftestant will walk away with the $250,000 grand prize and the title of Top Chef.

Captain Glenn is back on board Parsifal III, sailing the Balearic Island of Menorca with some familiar faces - Daisy, Gary, and Colin. New to the team, Chef Marcos knows he has to prove to Daisy that he has what it takes to make this season memorable for the guests. Gary claims to be a new man after learning from his mistakes onboard last season, but can he keep his eyes… and hands off the new hot stew Ashley? Managing his two new deckhands, Kelsie and Tom, becomes a difficult task for Gary when a wild night of drinking leads everyone to question if they will be man down for the first charter. Daisy too has her hands full as both her new stews Ashley and Gabriela immediately vie for that coveted second stew position. Ashley sets out on a mission to prove herself while Gabriela thwarts an inappropriate charter guest.

Parsifal III's new crew figures out how to work together to execute a successful first charter. Marcos works tirelessly to satiate the massive appetites of the charter guests. Gabriela aims to prove she deserves the second stew title while Ashley works her own angle to convince Daisy she’s the better pick. A sail that is sold to Daisy as mild ends up including a dramatic heel, which leaves glasses broken and her fuming. To make up for the embarrassment of the first night, Tom tries to prove to his new team that he is good at his job but he struggles along the way. The first crew night out leads to conflict between Tom and Ashley after Ashley dismisses Tom’s advances because of his age.

After a wild night off, a hungover Parsifal III crew puts the pieces of the night back together as they prepare for the second charter of the season. Tensions come to a head in the interior department when Gabriela and Ashley can’t agree on who’s in charge, forcing Daisy to step in. Tom finds it increasingly difficult to find his footing on deck and with Ashley. When a group of returning charter guests board the ship, their high demands and quick temper leave chef Marcos and Daisy feeling lost at sea.

Demanding charter guests continue to keep the crew on their toes. Eager to please, chef Marcos injures himself while trying to prepare dinner. A startled crew rallies behind Marcos as he forges ahead in hopes of preparing the best, yet most bizarre dinner of his career. Meanwhile, Captain Glenn confronts the primary about a costly damage to the yacht before the charter guests make a swift departure and leave behind a shocking tip. After another boozy hot tub night, Parsifal III’s resident playboy Gary ends his night in an unexpected and steamy way.

While the sexual chemistry heats up on the boat, Ashley and Gabriela continue to be icy towards one another. From the galley, Marcos takes note of the competition unfolding between the junior stews and alerts Daisy, making for an unhappy chief stew. On deck, all seems to be going well, until Tom gets some devastating news from home. His distraction has a ripple effect, resulting in the most perilous situation Parsifal III has ever found itself in.

Parsifal III hits aground under Tom’s watch, sending the boat into total chaos. The crew pulls it together for the guests’ departure but Tom’s actions put Glenn and the deck team in a difficult situation. A stressed out crew tries to forget the hectic morning as they head out for a night of fun, but Ashley’s change of heart pushes Tom to his limits, wreaking havoc onboard. Meanwhile, Daisy tries to put an end to Ashley and Gabriela’s issues, but instead causes an even bigger rift between the stews. To end the night, Gary capitalizes with an unexpected guest in his bunk. Hours away from the start of the next charter, Tom’s conversation with Glenn ignites his fear that the worst is yet to come.

Tom continues to spiral over his mistakes while juggling devastating news from back home. Capt. Glenn contemplates whether he can trust Tom. The Parsifal III crew pull together a “talentless” talent show for the energetic charter guests. In the galley, Gabriela and Marcos have a miscommunication during dinner service that causes tension to bubble up between them. Friction between Gary and Daisy intensifies after Kelsie is caught covering Gabriela’s duties on the final day of charter.

The judges are joined by season 21 winner Danny Garcia and Clare Reichenbach, the James Beard Foundation’s Executive Officer.

For this week’s Quickfire Challenge, the chefs must create a dish with an ingredient using only the toughest stains as their clues. Then, in a high-stakes pizza party, the chefs must create pies that are outside of the box to impress guest judges Michelin star chef Wylie Dufresne and “Top Chef All-Star” alumn Spike Mendelsohn, who join Kristen, Tom and Gail at the judges’ table.

Renowned Montreal chef Antonio Park joins Kristen, Tom and Gail at the judges’ table.

The six remaining chefs set off to Calgary where they are greeted by the judges and “Top Chef Canada” alum Connie DeSousa. For this week’s Quickfire Challenge, they will be making pancakes for 50 diners. For the Elimination Challenge, the chefs are tasked with creating dishes that feature beef and local berries, hoping to impress a table of Calgary’s culinary tastemakers, including guest judges Denia Baltzer and Paul Rogalski.

For their last challenge in Canada, Kristen is joined by guest judges Brenda Holder and Tracy Little, who teach the remaining five chefs how to forage the ingredients in the Canmore Forest. To secure their spot in Italy, the chefs will have to impress the judges by utilizing their foraged items in a dish they will cook outside over an open flame.

Benvenuto a Milano! For the chefs’ last Quickfire Challenge of the season, they’re tasked with creating a classic Milanese dish and the most feared dish by many “Top Chef” contenders, risotto. Then the chefs compete in a three-part, head-to-head culinary battle while receiving some help from Olympic athletes Elana Meyers Taylor, Red Gerard, and Paralympic athletes Oksana Masters and Declan Farmer. Kristen, Tom and Gail are joined at judges’ table by two-star Michelin chef Andrea Aprea and “Top Chef” World All-Star alum Ali Ghzawi. With four chefs remaining and only three spots in the finale, the stakes have never been higher.

For their last challenge of the season, the final three chefs must create the best progressive four-course meal of their lives. With the help of their sous chefs, the finalists must pull out all the stops to impress an esteemed table of diners, including chef Carlo Cracco, “Top Chef” alums Richard Blais and Gregory Gourdet, and Hunter Lewis, Editor-In-Chief of Food & Wine magazine. At the judges’ table, Kristen, Tom and Gail are joined by and award-winning chef Clare Smyth to determine who will be named the next “Top Chef” and take home the largest prize package in show history.
